Guided Meditation
At Cariad we offer bespoke guided meditation sessions remotely whilst you are in the comfort of your own home. These guided sessions may comprise of written instructions, verbal instructions or may include a combination of both. Guided meditation can also be incorporated into other remote sessions such as Distance Reiki. An initial consultation is included, and all meditations are tailored with your needs and goals in mind.

Reiki / Energy Healing
Reiki is a relaxing and peaceful modality of energy healing that encourages the physical and energetic body’s natural ability to heal itself and remove any potential energetic blocks. Reiki addresses the whole person - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, and can be provided in a one-to-one session or remotely. An initial consultation is included, and all sessions are tailored with your needs and goals in mind.
