  • We offer you a wide range of healing experiences, all of which are tailored to your individual needs. Our therapeutic selection includes The Bespoke Holistic Experience, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, traditional Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Hot Stone Therapy, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candles, Reiki and Meditation.   • At Cariad, we aim to be as inclusive as possible while ensuring our safety. While many female-led holistic therapy businesses in private settings only see individuals assigned female at birth, we are open to seeing (and do see) those assigned male at birth if recommended by an existing client or friend of Cariad.

  • Yes, you can park directly outside the entrance of the property. You will receive our full address, directions and arrival information within your reminder email that gets sent over to you 24 hours before your appointment. If you arrive early, can we please ask that you remain in your car until your appointment time. This is to respect the clients before you.

  • It's recommended to book your treatments in advance to secure your preferred time and date. Evening and weekend slots are very popular, so being organized with your treatment sessions is advised. You can book your appointments by clicking the 'Book Now' button throughout our website or on our social media platforms. Alternatively, you can use our contact form on the website to book directly.

  • We have a strict cancellation policy in place. Changes or cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled booking time. Changes made within the 48-hour period will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment cost, while failing to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge. All changes or cancellations must be made through the Fresha website or app. Other forms of communication like DMs on Instagram/Facebook, emails, or text messages will not be considered.

  • Appointments begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, depending on availability, your appointment might be shortened due to respect the booked treatment times of the clients after you. Because of this, we kindly request that you arrive on time to your reserved treatment time. Any clients arriving more than 20 minutes late to an appointment, and with no communication beforehand will be cancelled immediately, full payment will be due. We are happy for you to re-book another appointment for a future date.

  • Anything that can help wind down and quieten your mind and if you feel you can’t, that is what we are here for. You do not have to worry about any judgement about shaving or body hair – whether it is there or isn’t. If you are sunburnt, have any open wounds or serious medical conditions please let us know ASAP prior to your appointment. Apart from this, all we ask is that you are clean and are wearing underwear!

  • We recommend comfortable clothing. Most of our treatments require you to undress down to your underwear, so loose and comfy attire is advisable for your comfort. All jewellery will need to be removed, it is recommended to do so before your appointment. If your chosen treatment includes a scalp massage, it's recommended not to come with freshly styled hair as it will be touched with our beautiful organic oils. Many of our clients love to come in their PJ’s for that ultimate comfortable experience. As private parking is available directly outside the entrance, you can dress as you wish without judgment from the outside world.
