Guided meditation and guided imagery are powerful tools because they can access the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is where our energy, beliefs and emotions are held. Certain emotions can lead to tension and it is the subconscious mind that then stores this feeling. As the subconscious mind works with images and symbols, accessing these can help you find clues towards what you may need to heal or even give you a deeper meaning into what is causing physical or emotional pain. With this understanding you can have better control over your subconscious mind and can move forward to a healthier mindset and identify and correct behaviours that may negatively imbalance you.
Our sessions can be carried out lying down to enable total relaxation or in a seated position; all needs will be catered for. These guided sessions may comprise of written or verbal instructions or may include a combination of both. Guided meditation can also be incorporated into other sessions such as Reiki / Distance Reiki, Massage and Reflexology. This can be extremely helpful for unifying the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual parts of ourselves, and often leaves you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and present.
